B.O.P Marine Painting is a Boat Painting Solutions business located in Tauranga conveniently between both Tauranga Marina and Tauranga Bridge Marina. We are also a mobile business able to relocate to your boat or premises. We relocated from Rotorua to Tauranga in 2000 at the same time as one of our major clients to continue to deliver our high quality service. Located in Mirrielees Road, Sulphur Point, which is the main Marine service area of Tauranga. We have a workshop with spray booth and also operate mobile service, servicing many of the major boat building companies in town. Producing work on boats from small pleasure craft and launches up to super yachts. While the majority of our business is mainly with boat builders, we also work directly with boat owners doing repaints, antifoullng, Prop Gold application, polishing and paint maintenance, touch ups and paint repairs.

We apply and have extensive experience in all major brands and paint systems and protective coatings including Nyalic, Epoxy fairing compounds, Awlgrip, International Paints, Altex Coatings, various Antifoul systems, prop gold.

We specialise in new boat exterior and interior applications on Aluminium and Timber private and commercial Boats. we also service repaints and touch-ups of marine vessels.

Experienced painters, Allen and his foreman Adrian have worked together for over 14 years, overseeing the team of painters who are personally trained in all aspects of boat painting. Our team of specialist Marine Painters have combined in excess of 50 years experience.

Over the years we have created strong relationships with many other local marine trades people to enable us to provide advice and accessibility to many other related services for the boat owner.
